1. Information About Us

https://www.gts-shop.co.uk/ is a site operated by Geeantee Wholesale Ltd. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 01769213. Our registered office and main trading address is 405-409 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH9 2AJ.

2. Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

2.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
2.2 You are at least 18 years old.

3. How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us

3.1 After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and acceptance of your order will be communicated to you by way of email at the point of dispatch of the products. Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you when we send the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

3.2 Any drawings, photographs, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any photographs, descriptions or illustrations contained on our site, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the products they describe. They do not form part of the Contract between you and us or any other contract between you and use for the sale of the products.

4. Consumer Rights

4.1 If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within fourteen working days, beginning on the day you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy.

4.2 To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing, either by post, fax, telephone, or e-mail. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

4.3 You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the following products:

4.3.1 Computer software, Music CD's, DVD's, which have been unsealed;
4.3.2 Perishable items or personalised items;
4.3.3 Consumable goods except where a fault has been discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the Products.

4.4 If you would like further information about your legal rights, please contact your local Trading Standards Department or Citizen Advice Bureau.

5. Availability and Delivery

5.1 All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

5.2 The goods you ordered will be delivered to the address you gave us when you placed your order, except for products that we are unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom.

5.3 Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Parcelforce), or 4.00 pm (Royal Mail) on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option, provided no additional security checks are required and all products are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

5.4 There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.

5.5 If our supply of the products is delayed by a Force Majeure Event, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided that we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the Force Majeure Event but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund.

5.6 Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. You may also get a SMS Text and/or Email with delivery/collection information or instructions as to what to do next.

5.7 If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and refund any money which you have paid. We reserve the right to deduct our reasonable costs.

6. Risk and Title

6.1 The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

6.2 Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

7. Price and Payment

7.1 The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

7.2 These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery Information.

7.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Acceptance Confirmation.

7.4 Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

7.5 We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

7.6 Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB. We shall not dispatch any products until we receive cleared funds. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received cleared funds. Please be aware that if you are using PayPal as your payment method we reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses.

7.7 Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. If there is a problem taking payment for all or part of your order, we may contact you by telephone or e-mail.

8. Our Liability

8.1 We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the product arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, if you use the product in a way that we do not recommend, your failure to follow instructions, or any alterations or repair you carry out without our prior written approval.

8.2 Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

9. Warranty

9.1 All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.

9.3 If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via e-mail, fax or telephone within 2 working days.

9.4 If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing via e-mail, telephone or fax, as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.

9.5 You must obtain a returns number for any goods returned to us and this returns number must be clearly shown on the returned parcels.

10. Data Protection

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

11. Import Duty

11.1 If you order products from our site for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to export/import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

11.2 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control. These events include acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or any acts by third party companies or individuals not either under contract to or employed by us.
