Oust All Purpose Descaler is specially formulated to work quickly and easily to restore most small household appliances and surfaces to their best. Its powerful formula works hard to descale coffee machines, kettles, irons, shower heads, taps and surfaces, and much more. It is important to descale appliances every 3 months in hard water areas and every 6 months in soft water areas.

To Use:
- Coffee Machines: Mix 100ml of Oust Descaler with 200ml of water and pour the mixture into the water tank. Turn device on and let 50ml of the mixture run through, turn off and wait 15-30 minutes. Afterwards, let the remaining liquid run through and repeat process two times with clear water.
- Fully Automatic Coffee Machines: Fill water tank, add 50 ml of Oust Descaler to every 1L of water. Start descaling program in accordance with the usage instructions.
- Water Kettles/Boilers: Fill Kettle half full with water and boil water. Turn off, and add 100-150 ml of Oust Descaler to the hot (not boiling) water, then leave in for 30-60 minutes. Rinse with water. Repeat Process whenever necessary.
- Irons: Dilute 10ml of Oust Descaler in 100ml of water, add the solution to the iron and steam until empty. Refill iron with clean water and steam until empty. DO NOT use on irons with a water softening system. DO NOT use neat.
- Taps and Surfaces: Apply Oust Descaler with a wet towel, allow to act for a short time, then rinse off with water. In order to intensify the shine, rub dry.
Note: Consider manufacturer's cleaning and descaling recommendations when using Oust Descaler.
Attention: Not suitable for use on enamel, aluminium, marble or acid-sensitive tiles. Before use test compatibility on an inconspicuous spot.

We offer standard Royal Mail postal and Parcelforce or APC courier services. Orders that are over 3kg in weight have to go with one of our couriers, which is a next working day service. Please note, currently we do not ship outside of the UK.
We process and dispatch orders Monday-Friday only. We do not ship packages during weekends or bank holidays. Our cut-off times are 1pm for courier delivery, and 4pm for Royal Mail delivery. For guaranteed next day delivery, you will need to place your order before 1pm, allowing time for any security checks to be completed. We cannot guarantee next day delivery on orders placed after then, although we will try our best. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Delivery services exclude weekends and bank holidays so please take this into account when placing your order.
We pass on your email and/or mobile number to our couriers who will keep you updated with the status of your delivery. You will receive an email and/or SMS message on the day of delivery giving you an estimated delivery time. If your item is being delivered Royal Mail Tracked or by Parcelforce, you may be able to re-arrange delivery to a neighbour, opt to have it left at the delivery address, collect your parcel or have the order delivered another day from your SMS/email. If you do not wish us to pass on your contact details to our carrier, please let us know after purchase.
