We aim to process and ship your order on the same working day. We do not process and ship orders during weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Delivery services exclude weekends and bank holidays so please take this into account when placing your order.
Please allow time for your order to be completed to ensure payments are fully authorized before the cut-off times. Whilst we endeavour to adhere to these times, we may require slightly longer during busier periods. We will notify you if there is going to be a substantial delay in us being able to fulfil your order.

The most common problem with home shopping is receiving the goods. We want our customers to enjoy shopping with us, and are pleased to offer email and SMS delivery updates on the majority of our delivery services.
Royal Mail Tracked™ services include an email and / or a SMS on the morning of delivery, to let you know that your goods will be out for delivery that day.
Our Parcelforce delivery services include email and SMS dispatch confirmation, another SMS on the day of delivery, and a final SMS with a 1 hour timeslot informing you when they will be delivering. The SMS messages are interactive, meaning from the text message you can opt to reschedule delivery, have your parcel left at your local Post Office, or have the parcel left with a neighbour. No need to wait in all day!
The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of your basket. Typically orders below 2kg are sent with Royal Mail, with orders over 2kg sent courier. Certain items can only be sent with a courier due to their dimensions or value.
Royal Mail postal charges start from £1.29 for large letters and £2.99 for packets, whilst APC and Parcelforce Courier delivery charges start from £5.50 for UK Mainland deliveries. Non-UK Mainland addresses will incur a surcharge if your purchases have to be sent via courier. Please see below.

Delivery surcharges apply to Zones 2 and 3 if your goods cannot be sent with Royal Mail. This will be calculated automatically based on your delivery address.

England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. This zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
A small surcharge also applies to the Isle of Wight.
Extended delivery times apply to postcodes: AB30-31, AB33-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, AB63, DD8-10, FK8, FK17-21, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TD15, TR21-25, ZE. Click here for extended times.

Some of our products qualify for Free Delivery to most destinations within the UK. These products should be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. A free delivery option will be available during checkout if your order has qualified for free delivery.
International delivery is available to Europe and most Worldwide destinations.
