Welcome to our delivery information page. We offer a range of delivery services to suit your requirements and are able to deliver throughout the UK and the Channel Islands.
Delivery Options
Our Delivery Partners:
Standard Delivery (Only Available for Orders up to 3kg)
For orders up to 3kg in weight, we use Royal Mail with a choice of Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 postal options available when checking out. Please note there is no guarantee of delivery time with Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24, so if guaranteed next day delivery is required, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery or one of our next day courier services. Orders that weigh over 3kg or contain products too large to be sent in the post are sent with one of our trusted couriers, which is a standard next day service. We use Parcelforce and APC, and these orders will usually arrive within two business days.* Some products with extra large dimensions or weights may take slightly longer.

Express Delivery
Need your item next day? We offer next business day delivery to England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. If next business day delivery is available for your order, it will be offered to you at the checkout. We also offer next day morning delivery if you require your goods urgently. Please note these services exclude weekends, and may not be available for certain products with extra large dimensions or weights.
Premium Timed / Weekend Delivery
As well as a next day delivery option, we also offer next day AM or PM delivery and pre-10am or pre-9am to most UK mainland destinations if your parcel has to be there for the start of the day. Please note these services exclude weekends. Saturday or Sunday courier delivery is available for an extra fee to most UK mainland destinations. Please contact us if you require any of these delivery options. We do not process and ship orders during weekends, so to get your order delivered during the weekend please refer to our order cut-off times below. Please note, timed and weekend delivery may not be available for products with extra large dimensions or weights.

Delivery Charges
The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of your basket. Typically orders below 3kg are sent with Royal Mail, with orders over 3kg sent with one of our trusted couriers. Certain items can only be sent with a courier due to their dimensions or value.
Royal Mail postal charges start from £1.69 for large letters and £3.99 for packets, whilst APC and Parcelforce Courier delivery charges start from £8.99 for UK Mainland deliveries. Non-UK Mainland addresses will incur a surcharge if your purchases have to be sent via courier. Please see below.

Since Brexit, we no longer deliver internationally, apologies for the inconvenience.
For deliveries to customers outside of the United Kingdom, you will be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we recommend that you contact your local customs office for information regarding customs polices.
Same Day Dispatch Cut-off Times
We aim to process and ship your order on the same working day. We do not process and ship orders during weekends or bank holidays.
Order Cut-Off Times (Weekdays)
1:00pm - APC or Parcelforce
4:00pm - Royal Mail
Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Delivery services exclude weekends and bank holidays so please take this into account when placing your order.
Please allow time for your order to be completed to ensure payments are fully authorised before the cut-off times. Whilst we endeavour to adhere to these times, we may require slightly longer during busier periods. We will notify you if there is going to be a substantial delay in us being able to fulfil your order.

Text Message and Email Delivery Updates
The most common problem with home shopping is receiving the goods. We want our customers to enjoy shopping with us, and are pleased to offer email and SMS delivery updates on the majority of our delivery services.
Royal Mail Tracked™ services allow you to reschedule the day of delivery, opt to have your parcel left with a neighbour, choose a safe place for your parcel to be left or have it delivered to a local Post Office or Royal Mail delivery office for you to collect. Royal Mail Tracked™ services include an email and / or a SMS on the morning of delivery, to let you know that your goods will be out for delivery that day and will include a four hour timeslot.
Our Parcelforce delivery services include email and SMS dispatch confirmation, another SMS on the day of delivery, and a final SMS with a 1 hour timeslot informing you when they will be delivering. The SMS messages are interactive, meaning from the text message you can opt to reschedule delivery, have your parcel left at your local Post Office, or have the parcel left with a neighbour. No need to wait in all day!
Free UK Delivery
Some of our products qualify for Free Delivery to most destinations within the UK. These products should be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. A free delivery option will be available during checkout if your order has qualified for free delivery.
International Delivery
Since Brexit, we no longer deliver internationally. We only offer delivery to the following destinations:

G&T's shall be under no liability for any delay or delivery failure within these timescales as they are 'estimated' and delivery services are carried out by third party companies.
