Clearwater 1 Litre Algaecide is a highly effective way to eliminate algae and prevent your pool or hot tub from looking murky. Although algae doesn't do direct harm to bathers or your hot tub, it looks unpleasant and provides an ideal breeding ground for germs and bacteria. Used regularly, Clearwater Algaecide will prevent the growth of algae in your pool.
Getting rid of hot tub algae, a microscopic plant that comes in many guises and adores the nutrients found in spa water, couldn't be simpler. If algae forms on or below the water's surface you simply pour the recommended dose of algae remover into the spa or pool. Ideally the algae killer should be applied where water inlets are situated so that it disperses evenly and effectively throughout the water. The amount of algae treatment used depends on the size of your spa and the severity of the situation so please refer to the guidelines and instructions included with the product to apply the correct amount.
If your spa has been treated for algae using Clearwater Algaecide, you should use Clearwater Clarifier to clear away left-over algae residue.

We offer standard Royal Mail postal and Parcelforce or APC courier services. Orders that are over 3kg in weight have to go with one of our couriers, which is a next working day service. Please note, currently we do not ship outside of the UK.
We process and dispatch orders Monday-Friday only. We do not ship packages during weekends or bank holidays. Our cut-off times are 1pm for courier delivery, and 4pm for Royal Mail delivery. For guaranteed next day delivery, you will need to place your order before 1pm, allowing time for any security checks to be completed. We cannot guarantee next day delivery on orders placed after then, although we will try our best. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Delivery services exclude weekends and bank holidays so please take this into account when placing your order.
We pass on your email and/or mobile number to our couriers who will keep you updated with the status of your delivery. You will receive an email and/or SMS message on the day of delivery giving you an estimated delivery time. If your item is being delivered Royal Mail Tracked or by Parcelforce, you may be able to re-arrange delivery to a neighbour, opt to have it left at the delivery address, collect your parcel or have the order delivered another day from your SMS/email. If you do not wish us to pass on your contact details to our carrier, please let us know after purchase.
