Filter cartridges are an essential feature of a Pool or Lay-Z-Spa pump as they filter out dirt and grime from the water to help keep it clean and healthy. They also prevent this dirt from getting into the pump and heater which could cause damage and reduce its lifespan.
This Bestway Pool Filter Cartridge (BW58094) is a direct replacement for a blocked or damaged filter cartridge on a 500gal, 530gal or 800gal filter pump. If water is circulating at a reduced rate, or is looking rather dirty, there's a strong possibility your filter cartridge needs replacing.
It is recommended that you change your Bestway filter cartridge every two weeks. However, if you're using your Bestway pool or Lay-Z-Spa on a frequent basis it's recommended that you change it once a week.
Filter cartridges fit inside the filter pump and, as water circulates around the pool, they trap dirt and debris. If a filter cartridge gets blocked, water doesn't flow at the same speed and without a replacement filter cartridge its quality will quickly deteriorate.

We offer standard Royal Mail postal and Parcelforce or APC courier services. Orders that are over 3kg in weight have to go with one of our couriers, which is a next working day service. Please note, currently we do not ship outside of the UK.
We process and dispatch orders Monday-Friday only. We do not ship packages during weekends or bank holidays. Our cut-off times are 1pm for courier delivery, and 4pm for Royal Mail delivery. For guaranteed next day delivery, you will need to place your order before 1pm, allowing time for any security checks to be completed. We cannot guarantee next day delivery on orders placed after then, although we will try our best. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Delivery services exclude weekends and bank holidays so please take this into account when placing your order.
We pass on your email and/or mobile number to our couriers who will keep you updated with the status of your delivery. You will receive an email and/or SMS message on the day of delivery giving you an estimated delivery time. If your item is being delivered Royal Mail Tracked or by Parcelforce, you may be able to re-arrange delivery to a neighbour, opt to have it left at the delivery address, collect your parcel or have the order delivered another day from your SMS/email. If you do not wish us to pass on your contact details to our carrier, please let us know after purchase.
